Spraying chamber from “Smart Line”

When spraying, powder paint flies in all directions, so special chambers for spraying are needed. LLC “Smart Line” is engaged in the development and production of various types of cameras – for manual and automatic application of paint and varnish materials in an electrostatic field. We use materials of the highest quality: metal, stainless steel, plastic from the German manufacturer Simona.

The working area of the device has independent lighting for better and more accurate painting. The company produces several models of equipment: single, two-station, with and without a cyclone. The advantage of the cyclone is more efficient recovery of the coloring material — it twists the bulk mass into an air vortex, separating large particles and small ones. In this way, it is possible to obtain a powder of high dispersion from used paint and use it again. The pallet for reclaimed paints is equipped with wheels, so it is easy to move the paint around the shop and avoid debris getting into it.

The set of equipment consists of:

• Working area and spray gun;
• Recovery systems (of different levels of complexity);
• A block of filters that clean the air by 99.8%;
• Control panel.

All models are easy to disassemble and dismantle. We never use welding machines, grinders and similar tools when we install equipment at the customer’s production site, because we deliver structures ready for all work processes.
