Automatic line

If there are many products, large or small, then this machinery becomes vital. For example, a whole army of painters and assistants are needed for a door factory to prepare and paint everything by hand. In the case of an automatic line
human work is reduced to a minimum, the line is serviced by a total of 2-4 workers. Much less time is spent on all processes. It requires very little to install – connection to electric grid at 220V/50Hz and water supply.

Its components: conveyor, system of preparation, drying camera, manipulators for spraying paint, oven. They are selected individually for each order according to characteristics of products and the area in square meters to be painted.

Spraying chamber

In case of small production, the need for specific equipment does not disappear. Application will require a special isolated section, because otherwise people constantly will work in the cloud of polymers. A sprayer robot is connected to it, may
work manually. Some models have a cyclone. In such a way, powder that does not “stick”, is recovered and can be reused, in automatic lines, everything happens completely automatically.

Manual instruments for spraying

Small products in small quantities are painted with spray guns “Start- 60” (electrostatic) or “Tribo” (tribostatic). Both have a small bunker for powder material. “MASTER-M” and “BASIC-M SERISI” are universal. A professional instrument contains 25-50 kg in a hopper where paint is poured.

Polymerization furnaces

The necessary equipment for the last stage is fusing into a film. Type of heating the client chooses himself: electricity (heater, infrared lamps), gas, diesel. Warming up to 160 – 200 degrees, this is enough for most resins. It is better to choose furnace with air mass convection. Without this function, the product will heat on the up more than on the down. Then there will be coating defects (diagonal heating inside the device must be equal).
