Polymerization oven

Technical information: curing oven / 6.5

Heating type: electric heating element (ribbed, 1.4 kW). The heating elements are mounted in separate thermoblocks with convection that assist in heating elements to the temperature we need and evenly distribute it along the ventilation ducts throughout the oven.

Material: the frame part is made of sheet metal 1.2-3 mm thick, the inner lining is made of galvanized steel, the outer elements are powder coated. The oven is mounted on a frame according to the customer’s workshop planning.

Construction type: sandwich panels, outer wall of the panel – metal 1.5 mm, inner wall of the panel – metal 1.2 mm, panel thickness – 150 mm, insulation (basalt wool)

Control panel: the control panel provides the ability to adjust the heating temperature from 20-250 C, baking time from 0-30 minutes, delta temperature difference from 0-10 C.

Oven temperature control: Thermal converter TSP1-3-Pt100 – 2 pcs. (With switching mode for two sections of the oven / only the first or all together)

Convection fan: 2 pcs

Electricity consumption: first part 65 kW, whole oven together 130 kW, temperature adjustable from 20 to 250 C.

Usage: for baking powder coated metal surfaces.
