The frame part is made of sheet metal 1.2-1.5 mm thick, the inner sheathing is made of galvanized steel, the outer elements are powder coated.

Heating type –  incandescent quartz infrared lamp 230 V-1.0 kW. The lamps are connected in parallel with each other, 6-8 pieces in one lamp block. If one or more lamps fail, the rest one’s will complete the baking mode. Serviceability of the lamps is checked visually when opening the doors.

• 6 kW lamp block (6 lamps) – 7 pcs.
• The total power is 42 kW.
• Automatic control panel – 1 pc.

The control panel provides configurations of the following parameters:

• heating temperature from 20-250°C;
• baking time from 0-30 minutes;
• delta temperature difference from 0-10°C.

Oven temperature control – 1 pc. (Thermal converter TSP1-3-Pt100)

Convection fan – provided.

Exhaust fan – provided.

Transportation system

The supporting structure is made of a profile pipe 80x80x3 and a channel 12B (P12).

Guides made of bent profile 60 × 40.

Suspension systems made of 40x20x2 profile pipes and 40×5 strips.

Bearing rail capacity up to 150 kg.
