The filter consists of corrugated cellulose paper with a special mesh.

Filter scheme for the spraying chamber:

• Air enters a special block with cleaning filters from the spray chamber during the product painting process. Then, the air passes through the cartridges where the paint is retained on their outer side.
• The cleaned compressed air enters the blowdown pipes through the electromagnetic valves.
• After painting and during cleaning the filters, the settled paint on the surface of the filter – shakes off (regeneration of dusty cartridges with a pulse of compressed air), crumbles into the hopper and disposes of.

Be aware of prolonged filter use without cleaning that affects constant layer increasing of the deposited paint. That reduces the filter throughput capacity and increases the resistance to air movement.
