We have fully automated all powder coating processes. The work of the painter is now performed by robots.

The line consists of the following modules:

1. Area for surface preparation for powder application – pre-treatment baths, drying.
2. The area for painting the product is a spraying chamber with robotic manipulators that completely replace the painter.
3. Coating formation section – polymerization oven.
4. Conveyor type transport system.
5. Line control panel with touch system.

• 150 meters of linear conveyor;

• conveyor speed from 1 to 1.5 meters per minute;

• this line goes on standby in 35-40 minutes;

  With this powder coating line, production has become more efficient and economical. For the full functioning of the system, 3-4 workers are required on the line.
