Components

One line consists of equipment of different configurations and sizes, because each customer has his or her own tasks regarding the production and the number of m² for painting. Therefore, the line is formed for every order separately. It can consist of:

1. conveyor
2. surface preparation system
3. oven for drying products after a bath
4. spraying chamber
5. cyclone with end block
6. automatic manipulators
7. polymerization furnace

Usually, the product requires a cleaning stage. Especially iron. The journey through the line begins with a treatment system that treats the metals with water and chemicals. After drying, the products enter the spraying chamber, where powder is applied to them. Then the material should be baked in a polymerization oven.

Paint requires a temperature of 160-180C, and the Smart Line oven provides the necessary heating. The case consists of sandwich panels manufactured using special technologies, mounted one inside the other, isolating the highly heated internal environment from the external environment. Rock wool serves as insulation. When the film cools down, the coating will be ready.

The conveyor system moves products. All the parts are ready, but the conveyor itself is developed specifically for the room available to the client.

Purpose

Such a line is irreplaceable when painting a large number of products. The elements of the street lighting support are almost impossible to paint by hand. Achieving a uniform spray over such a large area will be an extremely difficult task.

An important component is training equipment. Paint holds much better on cleaned metal. Constant work with acids and alkalis is unpleasant for people. Each section is isolated, but access is provided for workers, in case intervention is necessary. Such equipment differs in the method of cleaning: in one case, the product is immersed in a substance, in another, it is cleaned by spraying chemicals.
