The polymerization furnace is dead-end on the lamps

Furnace with partition (6000/3100).

The frame part is made of sheet metal with a thickness of 1.2-1.5 mm, the inner lining is made of galvanized steel, the external elements are covered with powder paint. Selection panels.
Thickness: side – 150 mm, floor – 100 mm, ceiling – 150 mm.

Incandescent quartz infrared radiation lamp 230 V-1.0 kW. The lamps are connected in parallel, 6-8 pieces in one lamp block. Ensures that the baking mode of the product is completed in case of failure of one or more lamps. Lamps are checked when the door is open.
Convection is present, heat expands throughout the entire volume of the furnace with the help of ventilation channels.

Automatic control panel – it is possible to set the following parameters:

• Heating temperature – 20-250°C;
• Baking time – 0-30 minutes.

Transport systems

The layer bearing structure is made of a 100x100x3 profile pipe, a 14U channel (P14) and a I-beam No. 12.

Directing from a bent profile – 60x40x3.
Suspended systems from a profile pipe – 60x40x3, and strips – 40×5.
The permissible load on the guide is up to 300 kg.

The curtain and adaptation of the suspensions will be performed by the customer. Because the centers of mass and placement of parts are not known to the performer.

There are no clear requirements for fields. The main thing is that the minimum filling should be at least 10 cm (based on the fact that the anchorage for the supports is 8 cm). And the floor must be flat so that the transport system can be clearly leveled.
