Two-station spraying chamber. Camera for applying powder paint

Control unit: 2 pcs.
Air relief valve: quantity – 6 pcs., mounted (6 kg/cm2), manufacturer – Turkey.
Filters: size – 320×600 mm, cellulose reinforced with polyester, manufacturer – Turkey.
Number of filters: 6 pcs. included
Material: body parts are made of sheet metal 1.2 – 1.5 mm, covered with powder paint, the bottom is made of stainless steel.
Lighting: LED lantern (24 W) – 4 pcs.
Fan: 2 pcs., engine – 4 kW, fan radial (centrifugal).
Filter unit assembly (additional cleaning): 2 sets (6 filters in the set). NOT INCLUDED IN THE KIT. TO BE ORDERED SEPARATELY.

Polymerization oven

Oven dimensions:
Width – 1 meter.
The length is 7 meters.
Height – 2 meters (internal, useful dimensions).

Type of heating: electric heater (ribbed, 1.4 kW). Shades are mounted in separate thermoblocks with ventilation, from which the heat is then spread throughout the entire volume of the furnace with the help of vents. channels

Material: the frame part is made of sheet metal with a thickness of 1.2-1.5 mm, the inner lining is made of galvanized steel, the external elements are covered with powder paint.

Construction type: sandwich panels, outer wall of the panel – metal 1.5 mm, inner wall of the panel – metal 1.2 mm, thickness of the panel – 15 mm, insulation (basalt wool).

Control cabinet: 1 pc.

The control panel provides the possibility to set the following parameters:

• heating temperature from 20-250 C;
• baking time from 0-30 minutes;
• temperature drop delta from 0-10 C.

Oven temperature control – 1 pc. (thermotransducer TSP1-3-Pt100).
Convection fan – provided.
An exhaust fan is provided.
Power consumption: maximum 70 kW.
Use: for baking metal surfaces covered with powder paint.
