Polymerization oven

The frame part is made of sheet metal with a thickness of 1.2-1.5 mm, the inner lining is made of galvanized steel, the external elements are covered with powder paint.

The type of heating is shades (ribs) of 2.0 kW, mounted in a separate thermoblock with convection. From the thermoblock, the heat spreads throughout the entire volume of the furnace with the help of ventilation channels.

Automatic control panel – 1 pc.

The control panel provides the possibility to set the following parameters:

heating temperature from 20-250°C;
baking time from 0-30 minutes;
temperature drop delta from 0-10°C.

Oven temperature control – 1 pc. (thermotransducer TSP1-3-Pt100).
Convection fan – provided.
An exhaust fan is provided.
Power: from 42 to 48 kW.
Upper guides, they are not included.
