Sputtering chamber (KN-1)

The body parts are made of sheet metal 1.2 – 1.5 mm, covered with powder paint, the tray for the corner panel is made of stainless steel AISI 430 1.2 mm.

The camera kit includes:

Filter 32 x 60 – 2 pcs.
Solenoid valve – 2 pcs.
LED flashlight (12W) – 2 pcs.
Fan with a 4.0 kW motor – 1 pc.

PPL polymerization furnace 3 (shadows)

The frame part is made of sheet metal with a thickness of 1.2-1.5 mm, the inner lining is made of galvanized steel, the external elements are covered with powder paint.
The type of heating is an electric heater (ribbed, 1.4 kW). Shades are mounted in separate thermoblocks with ventilation, from which the heat is then distributed throughout the entire volume of the furnace with the help of vents. channels The convection system is made with a set of cassettes for better air convection.

Automatic control panel – 1 pc.

The control panel provides the possibility to set the following parameters:

– heating temperature from 20-250°C;
– baking time from 0-30 minutes;
– temperature drop delta from 0-10°C.
