Furnace of polymerization on the skins

The frame part is made of sheet metal with a thickness of 1.2-1.5 mm, the inner lining is made of galvanized steel, the external elements are covered with powder paint. Selection panels.
Thickness: side – 150 mm, floor – 100 mm, ceiling – 150 mm.

The type of furnace is a thermoblock on the roof.
External dimensions (L x W x H), m – 4500 x 2000 x 2500.
Internal dimensions (L x W x H), m – 4250 x 1250 x 2000.
The maximum size for the polymerized product (L x W x H), m – 4000 x 1000 x 1800.

Shades (ribs) of 2.0 kW, mounted in a separate thermoblock with convection. From the thermoblock, heat spreads throughout the entire volume of the furnace with the help of ventilation channels.

Automatic control panel – it is possible to set the following parameters:

• Heating temperature – 20-250°C.
• Baking time – ~ 30 minutes.

KN sputtering chamber with a column filter

Body parts are made of sheet metal 1.2 – 1.5 mm, covered with powder paint.
Corner panel – made of stainless steel AISI 304 1.5 mm.
In the spraying chamber, the air is diluted (+ blow gun).
