The scheme of the room for painting works is quite simple – it must have a full set of equipment for spraying powder, warehouses for paints and products. The building must be heated, because the cold will have a bad effect on the quality of powder paint materials.

High-quality execution of all processes and placement of the necessary equipment requires an area of approximately 75 m², excluding warehouses. This recalculation was made on the basis of the experience of covering parts with a size of 2950, 1050 and 1550 mm.
The room for applying powder paint belongs to class VI-b according to the risk of explosion, with zone VI-a near the painter’s workplace. Explosive concentration of bulk mass in the air occurs only in the case of severe safety violations or in emergency mode. Under normal operation, such prerequisites cannot arise.
A mandatory requirement is the presence of fire extinguishers of the OP-2, OP-5, OPU type, at least two for every 100 square meters, as well as sand and asbestos blankets.
The floor, walls and ceiling should be easy to clean and not accumulate potentially dangerous substances. The best coating option is enamel for the floor and tiles for the walls.
Keep the temperature at 18-30℃ and the humidity at 40-60% to keep the paint better.
For safe work, exhaust ventilation is required, which will work with a capacity of 600 m³ per hour.
The polymerization oven will require 380V 50Hz 32kW electricity and the deposition chamber 380V 50Hz 4kW, make sure the devices have a suitable power source.
The spraying unit requires the following parameters of compressed air: pressure — up to 6 atm., flow rate — up to 40 l/min. It is recommended to install a separate compressor. You can find out more information by calling +380 (67) 380-17-59.
