Automatic line for liquid painting
The line for liquid painting is a special conveyor that has all the necessary equipment for coating products. It is possible to coat the most complex products with their help.
They are equipped with a chemical surface pretreatment unit, a shot blasting machine, a spray booth, intermediate exposure ventilation chambers, a cooling chamber, a drying chamber and an air conveyor. The equipment is planned in accordance to convenient processing on any production.
These are mandatory components of the paint lines. Depending on the clients needs, they can be equipped with additional options.
During the painting process, parts are moved along the technological chain using an automatic conveyor.
Such lines are controlled by a special panel where you can set parameters and types of the occured processes.
There are two kinds of painting lines: automatic or semi-automatic.
The automatic line for liquid painting runs absolutely all functions. And a semi-automatic needs only a little help from the operator.
Also, the lines may differ in power, productivity, weight and dimensions of objects that can be painted.
