Cyclon-type spraying chamber
The spray chamber is used to paint the product with powder paint. The product is placed in the working area of the chamber, and the powder is applied using a spray gun.
Important! The spraying chamber cannot be used for liquid paints, only for powder paints (there is a special chamber for liquid paints).
Cyclon-type spraying chamber consists of:
- the camera itself;
- transport elements;
- cyclone recuperation systems;
- control panel and control.
Parts of the cameras’ body are made of sheet metal 1.2 – 1.5 mm, coated with powder paint. Corner tray in stainless steel AISI 430 1.2 mm. The chambers inner surfaces joints are sealed and have large fillet radii.
A bracket with lamps is specially installed at the top of the working chamber. The cyclone chamber recuperation systems have a control panel and a compressed air cleaning device. Recuperators of the Cyclone system are installed on the sides of the chamber, their number depends on the working volume of the chamber.
There is a hole for connecting the exhaust ventilation in the upper part of the filter unit.
The supply of compressed air with a pressure of 5-6 kgf / cm goes through a special fitting, which is brought out from the main to the side wall of the filter unit, through a compressed air cleaning device.
You can manually clean the camera quickly and efficiently.
If you often change the color of the painting, then the cyclone-type chamber will be the best solution for you. It is cleaned with compressed air, polymer or mineral filler.
The main advantage of this camera is economy. Indeed, the cyclone reduces paint losses to 5% (paint can be reused).
