Metal product passage through a drying chamber is a mandatory step before powder coating.
Before painting the drying chamber is used for the rapid evaporation of moisture from the metal surface after chemical treatment.
The heating temperature is 120°C – 150°C, and the holding time of the product inside of the drying chamber is 5 -15 minutes.
The drying chamber can be powered by: electricity, gas, diesel, solid fuel heating.
Heating method is convective. Heat transfer through the air passing through heat exchangers transmitted from hot water or superheated steam. The intensive circulation creates an even flow of hot air over the entire area of the chamber. Under that influence the metal heats up quickly and dries completely.
The drying chamber is equipped with a heating unit and has ventilation.
The modular design of the drying chamber is made of sheet metal. This camera’s design allows first assembling and disassembling in production. The drying chamber has reliable thermal insulation which helps to avoid heat loss.

Two types of the drying chamber:
The dimensions and power of the drying chambers depend on the processed products.
