Polymerization oven
The frame part is made of sheet metal with a thickness of 1.2-1.5 mm, the inner lining is made of galvanized steel, the external elements are covered with powder paint.

The type of heating is an incandescent quartz infrared radiation lamp 230 V-1.0 kW. Which ensures that in the event of failure of one or more lamps, the product baking mode is completed.
Lamps are checked visually when the door is opened.
Block of lamps 6 kW (5 lamps) – 6 pcs.
The total power is 30 kW.
Automatic control panel – 1 pc.
The following parameters can be set in the control panel:
– heating temperature from 20-250°C;
– baking time from 0-30 minutes;
– temperature drop delta from 0-10°С.
Oven temperature control – 1 pc. (thermotransducer TSP1-3-Pt100).
Convection fan – provided.
An exhaust fan is provided.
Camera for applying powder paint

Body parts are made of sheet metal 1.2 – 1.5 mm, covered with powder paint, pallet and corner panel – from stainless steel AISI 430 1.2 mm.
The camera kit includes:
- Filter 32 x 60 – 3 pcs.
- Solenoid valve – 3 pcs.
- LED flashlight (12W) – 2 pcs.
- Fan with a 4.0 kW motor – 1 pc.
- Control panel – 1 pc.

Transport systems
The supporting structure is made of a profile pipe 80 x 80 x 3 and a channel 12U (P12).
Guides – from a beam of I-beam No. 10 in length: L=3,500 mm – 5 pcs., L=4,300 mm – 13 pcs.
Suspended systems – from a profile pipe 60 x 30 x 3 and a strip of 50 x 5 L=3,000 mm – 9 pcs.
Rotary loader on 1 guide – L=3,500 mm.
The permissible load on the guide is up to 300 kg.
The permissible load on the loader is up to 500 kg.
