PPL polymerization furnace 3

The frame part is made of sheet metal with a thickness of 1.2-1.5 mm, the inner lining is made of galvanized steel, the external elements are covered with powder paint.

Overall dimensions:

Length – 2.528 mm.
Height – 2,560 mm.
Width – 2.005 mm.

Maximum sizes of products for painting:

Length – 2,200 mm.
Height – 2,000 mm.
Width – 1,300 mm.

The type of heating is an incandescent quartz infrared radiation lamp 230 V-1.0 kW. The lamps are connected in parallel to each other, 6 pieces in one block of lamps. Which ensures that in the event of failure of one or more lamps, the product baking mode is completed. Lamps are checked visually when the door is opened.

Block of lamps 6 kW (6 lamps) – 4 pcs.
Total power – 24-28 kW.
Automatic control panel – 1 pc.

The control panel provides the possibility to set the following parameters:

– heating temperature from 20-250°C;
– baking time from 0-30 minutes;
– temperature drop delta from 0-10°C.

Oven temperature control – 1 pc. (thermotransducer TSP1-3-Pt100).
Convection fan – not provided.
Exhaust fan – not provided.

Spraying chamber one post (КН-1)

The body parts are made of sheet metal 1.2 – 1.5 mm, covered with powder paint, the tray for the corner panel is made of stainless steel AISI 430 1.2 mm.

The camera kit includes:

• Filter 32×60 – 3 pcs.
• Solenoid valve – 3 pcs.
• LED flashlight (12W) – 2 pcs.
• Fan with a 4.0 kW motor – 1 pc.
• Control panel – 1 pc.

Transport systems

The supporting structure is made of a profile pipe 80x80x3, channel 12U (P12), and I-beam №10.

Guides from a bent profile 60×40 – 16 pcs.
Suspended systems from a profile pipe 40x20x2 and strip 40×5 – 10 pcs.
Conveyor on 5 guides, L=2,500 mm.
The permissible load on the guide is up to 150 kg.
The permissible load on the loader is up to 300 kg.

Column filter R-6

Metal construction.
Fabric filters/pipes.

Air dryer

Compressed air preparation unit 35955662.BP.007-00 is designed for drying compressed air coming from the compressed air line or directly from the compressor before use in the equipment for applying powder polymer coatings. The block can be used in other cases that require air purification from moisture.

Specifications:

• Air pressure at the entrance, MPa (kgf/cm2) – 0.2-0.6 (2-6).
• Productivity of air brought to normal conditions, m3/h – 30.
