Project №143 for the client:

• Spray chamber KN-2
• Control panel and convection
• Basic H Serisi, manual installation with tank

Two-post spraying chamber (KN-2)

Body parts are made of sheet metal 1.2 – 1.5 mm, covered with powder paint, the tray for the corner panel is made of stainless steel AISI 430 1.2 mm.

The camera kit includes:

• Filter 32 x 60 – 6 pcs.
• Solenoid valve – 6 pcs.
• LED flashlight (12 W) – 4 pcs.
• Fan with a 4.0 kW motor – 2 pcs.
• Control panel – 2 pcs.

PPL control panel (lamps)

Automatic control panel – 1 pc.

The following parameters can be set in the control panel:

• heating temperature from 20-250°C;
• baking time is 0-30 minutes;
• temperature drop delta from 0-10°C.

Oven temperature control – 1 pc. (thermotransducer TSP1-3-Pt100).
Convection fan is provided.
