Sputtering chamber (KN-1)
Dimensions shown in the drawings.
Body parts are made of sheet metal 1.2 – 1.5 mm, powder coated, tray on a corner panel made of AISI 430 stainless steel 1.2 mm.
These included:
- Filter 32×60
- Solenoid valve
- LED flashlight (12W)
- Fan with 4.0 kW motor
- Control panel
Polymerization oven PPL 3 (lamps)
The frame part is made of sheet metal 1.2-1.5 mm thick, the inner sheathing is made of galvanized steel, the outer elements are powder coated
Heating type – incandescent quartz infrared lamp 230 V-1.0 kW. The lamps are connected in parallel with each other, 6-8 pieces in one lamp block.
If one or more lamps fail, the rest one’s will complete the baking mode. Serviceability of the lamps is checked visually when opening the doors.
Lamp unit 6-8 kW (6-8 lamps) – 42 pcs.
The total power is 30-42 kW.
Automatic control panel – 1 pc.
The control panel provides configurations for:
- heating temperature from 20-250°C;
- baking time from 0-30 minutes;
- delta temperature difference from 0-10°C.
Furnace temperature control – 1 pc. (Thermal converter TSP1-3-Pt100)
Convection fan – not provided;
Exhaust fan – not provided.
Transport systems
The supporting structure is made of a profile pipe 80x80x3 and a channel 12B (P12).
Guides made of bent profile 60x40x3
Loader on 5 guides.
Bearing rail capacity up to 80 kg.
Bearing capacity of the material handler up to 400 kg.
Suspension systems from a profile pipe 50x25x2 and a strip 50×5.
