Polymerization oven
The frame part is made of sheet metal with a thickness of 1.2-1.5 mm, the inner sheathing is made of galvanized steel, the outer elements are powder coated.
Heating type – Ten electric (ribbed, 1.4 kW). The shades are mounted in separate thermoblocks with ventilation, which allows distributing heat throughout the entire volume of the oven, using ventilation channels.
Total power – 63 kW
Automatic control panel.
The control panel provides configurations for:
- heating temperature from 20-250°C;
- baking time from 0-30 minutes;
- delta temperature difference from 0-10°C.
Oven temperature control (Thermal converter TSP1-3-Pt100).
Convection and exhaust fan provided.
Two-station spraying chamber (KN-2)
Body parts are made of sheet metal 1.2 – 1.5 mm, powder coated, tray on a corner panel made of AISI 430 stainless steel 1.2 mm.
The set includes:

- Flashlight LED (12W)
- Fan with motor 4,0 kW
- Remote Control

Column filter
Metal construction. Fabric filters / pipes.
Air dryer
Compressed air preparation unit 35955662.BP.007-00 is designed for drying compressed air coming from the compressed air line or directly from the compressor before being used in equipment for applying powder polymer coatings. The unit can be used in other cases requiring air purification from moisture.
