Polymerization oven (thermoblock)

The frame part is made of sheet metal with a thickness of 1.2-1.5 mm, the inner lining is made of galvanized steel, the outer elements are powder coated.

Shadows (ribbed) 2.0 kW each, mounted in a separate thermoblock with convection. Heat is distributed from the thermoblock throughout the entire volume of the furnace using ventilation ducts.

Automatic control panel – it is possible to configure the following parameters:

• Heating temperature – 20-250 С
• Roasting time – 0-30 minutes
• Installed power, thermoblock – ~ 23 kW
• Supply voltage – 380 V
• Delta temperature drop – 0-10 C.
