Polymerization oven (thermoblocks)

The frame part is made of sheet metal 1.2-1.5 mm thick, the inner lining is made of galvanized steel, the outer elements are powder coated.

Furnace type – thermoblock

Shadows (ribbed) 2.0 kW each, mounted in a separate thermoblock with convection. Heat is distributed from the thermoblock throughout the entire volume of the furnace, using ventilation ducts.

Automatic control panel – it is possible to configure the following parameters:

• Heating temperature – 20-250 °С
• Roasting time – 0-30 minutes

Characteristics:

Regulation temperature – support, Co -20-250 / resolution 1 °C

Installed power, thermoblock – ~ 37 kW

Supply voltage – 380 V

Delta temperature drop – 0-10 °C.
