The package includes:

Continuous polymerization oven (thermoblock)
The frame part is made of sheet metal 1.2-1.5 mm thick, the inner lining is made of galvanized steel, the outer elements are powder coated.
Furnace type – thermoblock
Shadows (ribbed) 2.0 kW each, mounted in a separate thermoblock with convection. Heat is distributed from the thermoblock throughout the entire volume of the furnace, using ventilation ducts.
Automatic control panel – it is possible to configure the following parameters:
- Heating temperature: 20-250 °C
- Roasting time: 0-30 minutes
- Regulation temperature – support: 20-250 °C / resolution 1 °C
- Installed power, thermoblock ~ 22/28 kW
- Supply voltage: 380 V
- Delta temperature drop: 0-10 °C
Spraying chamber KN – 2 with column filter
Body parts are made of sheet metal 1.2 – 1.5 mm, powder coated.
