Project 180 for a client:

• 2 pcs of polymerization oven;
• 2 pcs of spray chambers.

Polymerization ovens (thermoblock) PASSING – 2 pieces.

The frame part is made of sheet metal with a thickness of 1.2-1.5 mm, the inner lining is made of galvanized steel, the outer elements are powder coated.

Shadows (ribbed) of 2.0 kW, mounted in a separate thermoblock with convection. Heat is distributed from the thermoblock throughout the entire volume of the furnace, using ventilation ducts.

Automatic control panel based on OWEN – it is possible to configure the following parameters:

• Heating temperature: 20-250 С;
• Roasting time: 0-30 minutes
• Turning on the exhaust fan, 2/3 minutes each, until the end of the polymerization mode.

Spraying chamber KN – 1 with column filter

Body parts are made of sheet metal 1.2 – 1.5 mm, powder coated.

Corner tray made of AISI 430 stainless steel 1.2 mm. Spray chamber, diluted air.
