Project №182 for the client:

• The automated line of preparation of details from AK12 alloy for painting of suspension bracket type
• The polymerization furnace is passable
• Spraying chamber KN-1
• Transport system

1. Automated line for preparation of parts from AK12 alloy for painting of suspension type

Equipment composition:

• Plastic technological baths are made by extrusion welding of polypropylene sheet (PP), Simona, Germany, with reinforcing bandages and appropriate equipment (heaters, level and temperature sensors, drain ball valves, bubblers, onboard water supply). Internal dimensions of bathtubs 1500х750х1500mm. – 7 pcs.
• AO control system, bath temperature control, bath level control, including control cabinet, power cabinet (automation programming with necessary equipment, with software logic controller)

2. The polymerization furnace is passable

Heating element thermo unit with convection.
The frame part is made of sheet metal 1.2-1.5 mm thick, the inner casing is made of galvanized steel, the outer elements are covered with powder paint.
Heating type – Heaters (ribbed) of 2.0 kW, mounted in a separate thermocouple with convection. From the thermoblock heat spreads on all volume of the furnace, by means of ventilating channels.

3. Spraying chamber KN-1

Body parts are made of sheet metal 1.2 – 1.5 mm, coated with powder paint, a tray on the corner panel made of stainless steel AISI 430 1.2 mm
