Continuous polymerization oven (thermoblock)

The frame part is made of sheet metal with a thickness of 1.2-1.5 mm, the inner sheathing is made of galvanized steel, the outer elements are powder coated.

Furnace type – on thermoblock
Internal dimensions, (L x W x H), m – 6000 x 2000 x 1800

Shadows (ribbed) of 2.0 kW are mounted in a separate thermoblock with convection. Heat is distributed from the thermoblock throughout the entire volume of the furnace using ventilation ducts.

Automatic control panel – it is possible to configure the following parameters:

• Heating temperature – 20-250 °С;
• Roasting time – 0-30 minutes.

Characteristics:

• Regulation temperature – support – 20-250 / resolution 1 °С;
• Installed power, thermoblock – ~ 95 kW
• Supply voltage – 380 V
• Delta temperature drop – 0-10 °C.

Spraying chamber KN – 1 with column filter

Body parts are made of sheet metal 1.2 – 1.5 mm, powder coated.

Corner tray made of AISI 430 stainless steel 1.2 mm.

Through the spraying chamber, the air is diluted.
