The body parts are made of sheet metal 1.2 – 1.5 mm, covered with powder paint, the tray for the corner panel is made of stainless steel AISI 430 1.2 mm.

The camera kit includes:

• Filter 32×60 – 8 pcs.
• Solenoid valve – 8 pcs.
• LED flashlight (12W) – 4 pcs.
• Fan with a 4.0 kW motor – 2 pcs.
• Control panel – 2 pcs.

Installation of the electric part on the polymerization furnace

The contractor develops and manufactures a thermoblock for the polymerization furnace, the drawing of which is provided by the customer.

The total power of the thermoblock is 108 kW.
50 tons for 2 kW.
The type of heating is an electric heater (ribbed, 2 kW).
Shades are mounted in separate thermoblocks with ventilation, from which the heat is then distributed throughout the entire volume of the furnace with the help of vents. channels.
The convection system is made with a set of cassettes for better air convection.
Automatic control panel – 1 pc.

The control panel provides the possibility to set the following parameters:

– heating temperature from 20-250°C;
– baking time from 0-30 minutes;
– temperature drop delta from 0-10°C.

Oven temperature control – 1 pc. (thermotransducer TSP1-3-Pt100).
Convection fan – provided.
An exhaust fan is provided.
