The frame part is made of sheet metal with a thickness of 1.2-1.5 mm, the inner lining is made of galvanized steel, the external elements are covered with powder paint.
The type of heating is an incandescent quartz infrared radiation lamp 230 V-1.0 kW.
The lamps are connected in parallel, 6-8 pieces in one block of lamps, which ensures that, in case of failure of one or more lamps, the baking mode of the products is completed.
Control of lamp serviceability is checked visually when the door is opened.
Block of lamps 6-8 kW (6-8 lamps) – 6 pcs.
Total power – 12/17 kW.
Automatic control panel – 1 pc.
The control panel provides the possibility to set the following parameters:
– heating temperature from 20-250°C;
– baking time from 0-30 minutes;
– temperature drop delta from 0-10°C.
Oven temperature control – 1 pc. (thermotransducer TSP1-3-Pt100).
Convection fan – provided.
An exhaust fan is provided.
