Spray chamber KN-1

Body parts are made of sheet metal 1.2 – 1.5 mm, covered with powder paint, the tray for the corner panel is made of stainless steel AISI 430 1.2 mm.

The camera kit includes:

• Filter 32×60 – 3 pcs.
• Solenoid valve – 3 pcs.
• LED lantern (12W) – 2 pcs.
• Fan with a 4.0 kW motor – 1 pc.
• Control panel – 1 pc.

PPL polymerization furnace 3.0*1.8*1.5

The frame part is made of sheet metal with a thickness of 1.2-1.5 mm, the inner lining is made of galvanized steel, the outer elements are covered with powder paint.
The type of heating is an electric heater (ribbed, 1.4 kW). Shades are mounted in separate thermoblocks with ventilation, from which heat is then distributed throughout the entire volume of the furnace with the help of a vent. Transport systems

The supporting structure is made of a profile pipe 80x80x3 and a channel 12U (P12).
The guides are made of a bent profile 60x40x3.
Overloader for 1 guide – 2 pcs. (1 of them is rotary).

The permissible load on the guide is up to 80 kg.
The permissible load on the loader is up to 150 kg.
Suspension systems – from a profile pipe 40x20x2 and a strip 50×5, 10 pcs.

Basic H Serisi manual installation with tank

Manual device for powder painting (spray gun).
Installations are intended for the application of powder paints by the method of electrostatic spraying in industrial conditions on metal products. This installation is convenient to use and to control the supply of paint and air. Adjusting the charge manually ensures high-quality painting of products of different shapes.
The E-COAT series of equipment provides high performance thanks to the function of current and voltage regulation. This rapid painting equipment with pressure gauges and regulators is equipped with the function of memory of 3 formulas (recipes), along with this, it performs standard application of a smooth coating of the second layer and painting of complex surfaces.

Air dryer

Compressed air preparation block 35955662.BP.007-00 is intended for drying compressed air coming from the compressed air line or directly from the compressor before use in the equipment for applying powder polymer coatings.
The block can be used in other cases that require air purification from moisture.
