The polymerization furnace is dead-end on the lamps

The frame part is made of sheet metal with a thickness of 1.2-1.5 mm, the inner lining is made of galvanized steel, the external elements are covered with powder paint. Selection panels.
Thickness: side – 150 mm, floor – 100 mm, ceiling – 150 mm.
Type of furnace – on quartz lamps.
External dimensions (L x W x H), m – 7500 x 2312 x 2712.
Internal dimensions (L x W x H), m – 7200 x 1820 x 2200.
The maximum size for the polymerizable product (L x W x H), m – 7100 x 1600 x 2020/1800.

Incandescent quartz infrared radiation lamp 230 V-1.0 kW. The lamps are connected in parallel to each other, 6-8 pieces in one block of lamps. Ensures that in the event of a failure of one or more lamps, the product baking mode is completed. Lamps are checked visually when the door is opened.
Convection is present, heat spreads throughout the entire volume of the furnace, using ventilation channels.

Automatic control panel – it is possible to set the following parameters:

• Heating temperature – 20-250°C.
• Baking time – 0-30 minutes.

• Temperature adjustment – support, °C – 20-250/resolution 1°C.
• Installed power, working/nominal kW -~ 90 kW (12 lamp blocks, 7 lamps in one P block – lamps = 1 kW + Convection fan 2*2.2 kW + exhaust fan 1*0.75 kW).

• The temperature drop delta is 0-10 °C.

KN spraying chamber – 2 with column filters, 2 pcs.

Body parts are made of sheet metal 1.2 – 1.5 mm, covered with powder paint.
Tray for corner panel – made of stainless steel AISI 430 1.2 mm.
Diluted air is applied to the spray chamber ( + blow gun).

The camera kit includes:
