Two-post spraying chamber (КН-2)

The body parts are made of sheet metal 1.2 – 1.5 mm, covered with powder paint, the tray for the corner panel is made of stainless steel AISI 430 1.2 mm.

The camera kit includes:

• Filter 32×60 – 6 pcs.
• Solenoid valve – 6 pcs.
• LED flashlight (12W) – 4 pcs.
• Fan with a 4.0 kW motor – 2 pcs.
• Control panel – 2 pcs.

Transport systems

The supporting structure is made of a 100x100x3 profile pipe, a 12U channel (P12) and a I-beam No. 10.
Guides – from a bent profile 60x40x3.
Suspended systems – from a profile pipe 60x40x3 and a strip 40×5.
The permissible load on the guide is up to 300 kg.

Through-flow polymerization furnace (thermoblock)

The frame part is made of sheet metal with a thickness of 1.5 mm, the inner lining is made of galvanized steel, the external elements are covered with powder paint.
Selection panels. Thickness: side – 150 mm, floor – 100 mm, ceiling – 150 mm.
The type of oven is on a thermoblock.
Internal dimensions (L x W x H), m – 3,300 x 1,700 x 1,803.
External dimensions (L x W x H), m – 3,500 x 2,000 x 2,172.
External dimensions, thermoblock (L x W x H), m – 3,500 x 3,000 x 2,420.

Shades (ribs) of 2.0 kW, mounted in a separate thermoblock with convection.
From the thermoblock, heat spreads throughout the entire volume of the furnace with the help of ventilation channels.
Since the furnace is loaded on carts, the ventilation ducts are placed on the ceiling.

Complete with IEK automation, 2-year warranty.

ARIES automatic control panel – the possibility of setting the following parameters is provided:

• Heating temperature – 20-250 °C.
• Baking time – 0-30 minutes.

• Supply voltage, V – 380 V.
• The temperature drop delta is 0-10°C.

The delivery set includes:
