Walk-through polymerization furnace (thermoblock – electricity)

The housing of the polymerization furnace is made of cassettes/sandwich panels. Cassettes are made of galvanized steel from the inside, the outside of the steel3 is covered with a powder coating 150 mm thick.

The type of oven is on a thermoblock.
• External dimensions (L x W x H), m – 3500 x 3500 x 2500.

• The maximum size for the polymerized product (L x W x H), m – 3000 x 1800 x 1600.

Shades (ribbed) of 2.0 kW are mounted in a separate thermoblock with convection. From the thermoblock, heat spreads throughout the entire volume of the furnace with the help of ventilation channels.

KN-3 two-station spraying chamber with column filters

Materials: body parts are made of sheet metal 1.2 – 1.5 mm, covered with powder paint. Tray for corner panel – made of stainless steel AISI 430 1.2 mm.
The air is diluted in the spray chamber (+ blow gun).

Installations are designed for applying powder paints by electrostatic spraying in industrial conditions on metal products (clay, wood, MDF). Start 60 (electrostatics), handgun

Electrostatic sprayer “Start-60” is intended for small and medium-volume production, production with frequent changes in paint colors.
All sprayers of the “START-60” brand can be produced with a 35/70 kV voltage switch.
This allows you to work both in the mode of maximum powder charge (up to 70 kV) and in the mode of charge 2 times less than the maximum. The toggle switch is installed on the power supply unit.

Transport systems
