For convenience and efficiency, a transport system is used in powder coating. It is necessary for the delivery of metal products from one stage of processing to another: from preparation (washing, drying) to painting (spraying chamber, polymerization oven).
The transport system eliminates the heavy physical burden of your employees and is a must-have equipment in modern powder coating workshops.
The type of transport system is selected based on the size of the workshop area and the volume of future painting.
The transport system consists of:

The transport system is used for both manual painting and automatic lines. Based on the peculiarities of the location of the painting equipment, the transport system is divided into 2 types:
Such a transport system consists of a loading carriage on rollers and a monorail system with a slewing carriage. With their help, products are moved through the stages of product processing.
The carrying capacity of the trolley is set according to the customer’s requirements, on average up to 600 kg.
The wheels of the carts move in an enclosed space inside the tracks, which protects them from powder paint and dust and prolongs their service life.
In such a system, the products are hung on the conveyor on suspension hooks that support the appropriate weight and are capable of providing high-quality grounding of the products.
The chain consists of two guide links with two bearings each.
The links are attached to each other by means of locking dogs with cross-shaped pins, fixation is carried out using a hairpin with a washer.
The chain bearings are open for easy lubrication.
The conveyor chain is completely made of heat-resistant steel and heat-treated. Therefore, chain wear and elongation are minimized. The conveyor has a chain tensioning mechanism.
Conveyor chain bearings must be lubricated periodically. For this, a special automatic lubrication system is provided on the conveyor.
The conveyor is equipped with an inverter, which provides control of the conveyor speed and the protective function of the motor against stretching.
According to the length and type of conveyor, carriage-screw tensioning mechanisms are used; as well as tensioning stations of two structures, working in dependence on each other. The movement is carried out using four rollers located in the corners of the tension station structure.
