Electrostatic models are much better for painting large quantities of simple shapes. They produce more paint and produce more stress.

But tribostatic ones are more convenient for coloring products of complex shapes. Due to the fact that they do not have an additional generator, they produce less voltage. And this, in turn, eliminates the possibility of non-paint in hard-to-reach places or thickening of the paint layer around the grooves on the surface.

Spraying chamber

The product must be in the spraying chamber during dyeing. It delimits the paint application area from the rest of the production area. It also collects non-settled paint particles, filters them and sends them back to the hopper of the spray gun. This allows you to significantly reduce material consumption, and therefore save an impressive amount. Therefore, painting outside the spray chamber is not recommended.

In addition, it provides special fasteners for the painted parts, which are grounded. And grounding is one of the main conditions for powder painting. Because, as we said above, everything happens thanks to the electric field.

There is also ventilation in the spraying chamber that removes polluted air from the paint application area and supplies cleaned air.

Thus, the painter constantly breathes fresh air and works in a comfortable environment.

Polymerization oven

The final formation of the powder coating takes place in the polymerization oven. On it, the painter sets the required temperature and polymerization time, and places the painted product there. The powder in the oven first melts, forms a film covering the entire surface, and hardens. After the product is baked, it needs time to cool down. And then it can be used.

It is recommended to audit the equipment operation several times a year. As incorrect operation of the curing oven may cause discoloration and gloss of the final coat. And the fact that the paint will simply peel off the metal.
