Powder coating technology

Powder painting starts with a thorough cleaning of the car parts. Remove grease, oils, scale, rust and previous paint from them. First, the products are sandblasted, and then degreased with special means.

After cleaning, the car parts are rinsed and dried.

And already on the dry part, powder is applied. The product is suspended in a spraying chamber. The paint is sprayed with a machine gun. Due to the resulting electric field, the powder particles are deposited on the surface. The paint that has not settled on the product goes through the filters and again gets into work.

The part is then placed in a polymerization oven to form the final coating.
