Suspensions for powder painting

The task of the suspension is to guarantee an even layer of powder coating for uniform thickness of the polymer film. Plus, the suspension transport system is responsible for operators safety and comfort, because the products must be hung quite close.
It is important for suspensions to be designed robustly and were grounded for your safety while working with electrostatic powder coating.
Due to the large variety of shapes, sizes and configurations of painted products the suspension design might be complexed.

To paint the hanger, you need to use a loader axle or a container chain. We hang the thing that you want to paint on a hook (part of the suspension).
Each suspension can support one large item, or several smaller ones.

There are several requirements for suspensions worked longer. They must be: strong, stable, firmly attached to the conveyor, also have grounding for safe operation and quality of the coating.
Сleaning frequency of removing hardened and adhering paint residues plays an important role for hooks and stands. The more often you clean them the easier it will be to do so.
There are several ways to clean the suspensions:
- Mechanical: steel shot, sand, polymer granules, dry ice balls, glass balls, water jets.
- Thermal: burning out, annealing, fluidized bed.
- Thermochemical: molten salt.
- Chemical: solvents, water systems.
