A spray booth is a special powder coating device that allows to apply paint as evenly as possible.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

It consists of a working booth, a filter unit and a control panel.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Powder particles are removed from the air in the spray booth by special filters or a moving filtering belt made of porous material.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Booth filters are automatically cleaned inside by pneumatic impact for proper work and constant air draft . The cleaning frequency can be set on the control panel.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

But paint particles settle not only on filters but also on other surfaces. The layer of powder is constantly increasing, hardened and\u00a0 it will be very difficult to remove if the device is not regularly cleaned.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

                You can clean the walls of the equipment yourself, using improvised means. Old paint layers are removed with sandblasting.
