The physical characteristics of a powder coating are much higher than that of a liquid coating. It is more resistant to mechanical and chemical influences. And this is very important for car disks. Preparing car rims<\/b><\/h2>\r\n

The most important thing in powder painting is product preparation. Preparation consists of cleaning the surface, degreasing and removing all contaminants. Dry the disc after processing.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

    Powder paint is applied in a special spraying chamber. It is equipped with a ventilation and filtration system. The spray chamber shields the painting area from the entire room and collects powder that has not settled on the product.     A spray gun is required to spray powder directly onto the product. They are electrostatic and tribostatic. They differ in the way the particles are charged. The former do this through an external source, and the latter through friction. The electrostatic particle gun requires an external generator that supplies high voltage to the corona electrode. This gives the powder particles a charge. And in a tribostatic gun, the powder is charged by friction against a special surface of the device barrel.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

    Polymerization oven<\/b><\/h2>\r\n

    In the polymerization oven, the solid particles of the powder are melted and hardened to form a uniform final coating over the entire car rims surface. Its power and heating temperature depend on the size of the oven and the number of items that are painted.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    Environmentally friendly powder paint. It does not need to be mixed with solvent. Moreover, the whole process does not take much time. But these are not all the advantages of paint.<\/span><\/p>\r\n
