But still, this is not entirely correct because if there is a charge then there will be an electric field. In general, there are 2 sources occuring\u00a0 electric fields located in the corona discharge system: the cumulative charge of free ion powder clouds and the charging electrode of the atomizer.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\r\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"564\" height=\"327\" class=\"wp-image-16071\" src=\"https:\/\/smartline.in.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/tribo-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/smartline.in.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/tribo-1.jpg 564w, https:\/\/smartline.in.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/tribo-1-300x174.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 564px) 100vw, 564px\" \/><\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When the electric field is in the space where the powder is deposited it becomes the outcome of the interaction of these 2 fields.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\r\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"756\" height=\"420\" class=\"wp-image-16072\" src=\"https:\/\/smartline.in.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/elektropole-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/smartline.in.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/elektropole-1.jpg 756w, https:\/\/smartline.in.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/elektropole-1-300x167.jpg 300w, https:\/\/smartline.in.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/elektropole-1-600x333.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 756px) 100vw, 756px\" \/><\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the tribostatic charge scheme the electric field near the surface of the product also exists and in the powder charge ratio it can be quite large.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Because of\u00a0 \u201cexternal field\u201d absence, as in the case of corona charge the process of coating products with complex shapes is enabled.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The main feature of <\/span><b>a tribostatic charge system<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is that there are no free air ions in the spraying system, this reduces the charge field activity and greatly slows down the reverse ionization on the painted product.
