The spraying chamber cannot be used for liquid paints, only for powder paints (there is a special chamber for liquid paints).<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Cyclon-type spraying chamber consists of:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the camera itself;<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">transport elements;<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cyclone recuperation systems;<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">control panel and control.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parts of the cameras\u2019 body are made of sheet metal 1.2 &#8211; 1.5 mm, coated with powder paint. Corner tray in stainless steel AISI 430 1.2 mm. The chambers inner surfaces joints are sealed and have large fillet radii.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A bracket with lamps is specially installed at the top of the working chamber. The cyclone chamber recuperation systems have a control panel and a compressed air cleaning device. Recuperators of the Cyclone system are installed on the sides of the chamber, their number depends on the working volume of the chamber.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There is a hole for connecting the exhaust ventilation in the upper part of the filter unit.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The supply of compressed air with a pressure of 5-6 kgf \/ cm goes through a special fitting, which is brought out from the main to the side wall of the filter unit, through a compressed air cleaning device.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can manually clean the camera quickly and efficiently.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you often change the color of the painting, then the cyclone-type chamber will be the best solution for you. It is cleaned with compressed air, polymer or mineral filler.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The main advantage of this camera is economy.
