Description
The cyclone is designed for air-powder mixture separation, which is sucked in from the painting chamber.
The cyclone allows coarse air purification from powder paint in a continuous mode.
Inside the cyclone body centrifugal air flows – created with the fans of the filter unit, due to this circulation the powder particles acquire a rotational motion and descend helically along the inner walls of the cylinder and cone.
There is a sieve for cleaning secondary powder from debris at the bottom of the cyclone and a funnel connected to the main tank, where powder paint is poured.
The air purified from large particles of powder goes into the final filter through an opening in the upper part of the cyclone.
The cyclone allows returning most of the separated powder (95-97%) to the working cycle.
