Description
Baths
Baths are welded in AISI 304 stainless steel, AISI 316 or Simona plastic. Our specialists have designed the volume of the baths to prevent rapid contamination of the chemical solution inside. Baths are equipped with a system for cleaning and draining through the overflow channels of the surface layers of oil, sludge, or other contaminated solutions. An integral part of the baths – filters – are positioned for easily dismantling and cleaning. The filters are arranged in two rows in all tanks. They prevent rapid contamination of the circulating solution and therefore provide more reliable processing.
Tunnel design
The tunnel frame consists of panels made of stainless steel AISI 304, AISI 316, 1.5 mm Simona plastic. There are partitions in the tunnel to prevent mixing of chemical solutions from sprayers of different baths.
Intermediate openings
Special intermediate openings are provided for reuse of the chemical solution that is sprayed on the products during washing after each stage of surface preparation.
The floor in the intermediate sections is inclined towards the baths of the section.
Inspection doors
Sealed, heat and chemical resistant lamps are installed inside of the tunnel. Sealed inspection doors and technological staircases are installed in the provided places for the operator’s passage inside the tunnel to maintain and to intervene.
Pumps
The supply of solutions is carried out using vertical supply pumps, which are a pumping section as part of a pump electric motor and a pressure control system.
Cascading system
For keeping minimum water and chemical consumption a controlled water transfer system is installed between the baths what minimizes water consumption of the flushing.
Spray system
The liquid sucked in from the baths with chemicals is supplied by centrifugal pumps to the atomizing nozzles of 1.5 bar. All manifolds, connecting and spray are made of pressure resistant pipes. In addition, the spray circuits are individually designed and can be easily disassembled and cleaned. The nozzle head is rotatable, the spray direction is adjustable.
Air blowing
An air shower (exhaust fan, 4 kW) installed at the exit from the tunnel. The air from the environment is filtered by blowing the parts and helps the drops to roll off from the surface.
