Description

Construction type:

The frame part is made of metal sheets with a thickness of 1.2-1.5 mm, the inner sheathing is made of galvanized steel, the outer elements are powder coated.

The inner chamber walls are filled with heat-insulating material. The design of the chamber maintains the temperature regime inside for a long time, preventing heating of the outer walls. The opening for loading products is closed with heat-insulated doors and equipped with a locking mechanism.

Remote Control

Controllers and alarm elements are located on the metal case of the control panel. Wiring devices are located in the inner part of the control panel. On the upper plane of the control panel, there are warning lamps, control of the technological cycle and a sound indicator that warns about the end of the polymerization process.

The control panel options:

• voltage supply to control elements;
• temperature measurement and regulation;
• control of electric heaters.
