The method of applying solutions and drying products occurs by the following modules:

1. Auto operator (telfer)

The auto-operator is used to automate regularly repeated movements of parts (loading baskets into solution baths and drying chambers) in a production line. The auto-operator or telfer is controlled by the operator from the remote control. Due to the terms of reference, auto operators can be designed and manufactured by all customers wishes. Our company is engaged in both the production of auto operators and the control systems development.

2. Drying chamber (chest)

The drying chamber is designed to remove moisture from the surface of the workpieces by evaporation, while heating to the boiling point of water.

The type of heating is meant in 3 options, depending on the needs of the client: electricity (heating elements), gas, diesel.
