Thermoblock polymerization oven

Description

The polymerization oven is a welded metal frame made of stainless steel. 

The top of the stove is sheathed with steel sheets. There is basalt insulation in between sheets. That allows the oven to have a low thermal conductivity.

Construction type:

The frame part is made of sheet metal with a thickness of 1.2-1.5 mm, the inner lining is made of galvanized steel, the outer elements are powder coated.

The inner cavity of the walls is filled with heat-insulating material. The design of the chamber ensures preservation of the achieved temperature inside of the chamber, preventing heating of the outer walls for a long time. The opening for loading products is closed with heat-insulated doors equipped with a locking mechanism.

Heating type:

shadows (ribbed) 2.0 kW each, mounted in a separate thermoblock with convection. Heat is distributed from the thermoblock throughout the entire volume of the oven, using ventilation ducts.

Automatic control panel: 1 pc.

Controllers and alarm elements are located on the metal case of the control panel. Wiring devices are located in the inner part of the control panel. On the top of the panel, there are warning lamps, control of the technological cycle and a sound indicator that warns about the end of the polymerization process.

The control panel provides the ability to configure the following parameters:

  • heating temperature – 0-300 °C;
  • baking time – 0-30 minutes
  • delta temperature drop – 0-10 °C.

Oven temperature control: 2 pcs. (Thermal converter TSP1-3-Pt100)

Convection fan: provided;

Exhaust fan: provided.
