The principle of operation of the vibrating table is as follows:

• Pour powder paint into a special container;
• The vibrating table, with the help of a special motor, after switching on, begins to vibrate (at the required purity);
• After that, the paint is sieved through a special sieve;
• After sifting, the material goes into a special box, or another container that you have set yourself.

VIBRATING TABLE EASY TO USE

In order to launch the vibration table into production (work), it is enough to turn it on. For this, an input voltage of 220V – 50 HZ is used, which allows the device to be used in any production room; for its use, a special socket and increased voltage are not required. It is enough to use a regular socket. In addition, the high screening speed (20 kg per hour) allows you to pay little attention to the whole screening process.

If a large amount of powder material needs to be sieved, it is sufficient to pay attention to the shaker only once an hour. This is necessary in order to pick up the container with the finished material, as well as fill in a new one for further sieving. In this case, the device can work for a fairly long amount of time without interruption. But, in order to extend the life of the motor, it is required to allow the shaker to rest once every 4-5 hours.

Such a stop, only for 30-40 minutes, will allow the engine to cool down, and, accordingly, extend the operating time. If necessary, the device can be used for up to 12 hours without stopping, but when operating in this mode, the operating time will be lower than in the case of cooling the motors every 4-5 hours. The capacity, which is used on the vibrating table, holds 20 kilograms, which allows filling the material once an hour. At the same time, the degree of security of the device is IP54, which means that even a person without experience with this device can use it.
